7 CHAKRA SMOOTHIES RECIPE






Spicy Root 




• 2 beets sliced 

• 1 cup blueberries

• 1 tspn flax or chia or hemp seeds 

• 2 dashes of cayenne pepper 

• 6 slices of ginger or more 

• 1/2 tspn of pink peppercorn (optional) 

• 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional) 

• add water or hibiscus tea to make smooth

• 1 orange with 1/4 peel 

• 2 carrots 

• 1/2 tspn cinnamon 

• 1/2 piece of turmeric knub 

• 3 slices of ginger 

• nut milk of choice til smooth 

• honey to taste

Solar Plexus Smoothie





• 2 cups Nut Milk 

• 1 turmeric knob 

• 5 slices ginger 

• 3 frozen bananas 

• 1 tspn Maca root powder, burdock root, and protein powder 

• 1 tspn nut butter 

• honey to taste 






Green Heart Smoothie

• 1 tbspn flaxseed, blue spirulina, and chai each
